Our services

Brakova builds and operates automated follow-up systems and websites for businesses. Every project is quoted individually and governed by the written agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ. Scope, price, payment terms, and what is not included are set out there before work begins.

Messaging systems we operate

When you call a business phone number that uses a Brakova system and the call isn't answered, you may receive a text at the number you called from, acknowledging the missed call and asking what you need. You can reply, and the business will answer.

Consent

By calling or texting a business's published phone number, you consent to receive text messages at that number in response. No numbers are taken from purchased lists. Consenting to messages is never a condition of buying anything.

Frequency, rates, and stopping messages

Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and you will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@brakova.com.

Delivery

Messaging is supported on major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. If something is urgent, call the business directly and speak to a person.

Acceptable use

Don't use our systems to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harassing content. Messages of that kind may be blocked and reported.

Limitation of liability

Automated messaging is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Brakova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, these systems, including missed or delayed messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always posted here with its date.
