Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
This policy covers information collected when you contact Brakova through this website, by phone, by text message, or by email. It also applies to any messaging system Brakova operates on behalf of a client business.
What we collect
- What you enter in the audit request form: your name, business name, phone number, email, and anything you choose to tell us
- The phone number you called or texted from, the date and time, and whether the call was answered
- The content of text messages sent and received in a conversation you start
- Your email address and message, if you email us
This website does not use advertising tags or third-party tracking scripts.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, continue the conversation you started, and keep a record of it. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or anything unrelated to your inquiry.
Mobile information is never shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Phone numbers collected through calls or texts are used only to respond to that person on behalf of the business they contacted. They are never sold, rented, traded, or supplied to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
Text messages
Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance.
Who can see it
Records are held in access-controlled systems, visible to Brakova and, for client messaging systems, to the business you contacted. Service providers that host, transmit, or store data on our behalf process it only to deliver the service and may not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond to you and maintain the business relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@brakova.com.
Your rights in California
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about them, and may opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. Requests are answered within 45 days, and you will not be treated differently for making one.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses and adults, and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top.
